The room we stayed in had a balcony with incredible views of the mountains. It was absolutely breathtaking! As nature lovers, we were in heaven! The fully-equipped kitchenette in our unit was a game-changer. We enjoyed making our own meals and saving some money in the process. The free WiFi was a nice touch. We were able to easily stay connected and share our amazing vacation moments with friends and family.

Personally, I found the microwave in the quadruple room to be unnecessary. But hey, some people might appreciate the convenience!

The property is tucked away at the end of a road, making it a hidden gem. The room had a charming old-fashioned decor and a comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchen, based on a trust system. The selection of teas, coffee, beer, wine, and soft drinks was a nice touch. The location is peaceful, surrounded by forests and within walking distance of hiking trails. The owner provided us with helpful tips on local wines, bakeries, and hiking routes. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist, I loved that Gastehaus Gerhardt is located at the edge of the forest, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was also conveniently located, with the town center and wineries just a short walk away. the highlight was the great room with a balcony that provided a beautiful view of the lake. the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. the shared kitchen was well-stocked, and the spacious terrace with picnic tables allowed for a delightful breakfast in the morning sun.
